Senior
Developer
At
least 3 years experience in combining analysis, design, development and
implementation of large-scale systems (Object-Oriented and/or distributed
component based, especially .NET) Full
life-cycle development experience, preferably on large-scale applications
Strong
in logic and algorithm Experience
with object oriented analysis/design & some knowledge and skills on
Software Architecture Exposure
to EAI technologies (MSMQ, BizTalk, XML Web Services) Knowledge
of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (such as MSF, RUP and
Agile
Methodologies) Has
good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET,
ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are
advantages) RDBMS
knowledge and skill (MS SQL Server) Experience
in a mentoring/coaching role Good
leadership skills and experience in leading development teams
Developer
0 to 3 year of actual delivery
experience on a software development project Strong in logic and algorithm
Has good knowledge of Object
Oriented Programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP/ASP.NET+AJAX are advantages) Has
good knowledge of object
oriented analysis/design RDBMS knowledge and skill (MS
SQL Server is an advantage)
