Ah... outsourcing. >From past experience, outsourcing is good if it's done right. Some personal rules: - Don't outsource just because it's cheaper. Outsource because they can do it better. - Outsource to small group of people, individual is preferred. Not massive team like Infosys. - Language barrier is a big deal.
