Hello biasanya window manteng di / hang di logo itu karena masalah harddisk.. coba cek apakah ada bad strip ato bad sector, memory kayaknya kecil kemungkinan, kalo memory fail biasanya waktu startup udah ketauan, VGA card lebih gak umum lagi....
