Dear all..
Sharing aja, punya pengalaman neh kecil tp menjengkelkan.
Saya pernah punya kk LB (lippo bank) & sudah ditutup dari tahun lalu. Namun
sejak merger dgn CIMB Niaga, muncul lagi tagihan atas nama saya dgn nomor
kartu entah darimana. Even di tagihan tersebut nilainya O, namun secara
logika kartu tersebut AKTIF & suatu saat nanti saya yakin akan muncul
tagihan annual fee
Sudah komplain ke call center sejak April & mengatakan bahwa saya tidak
mempunyai KK tersebut, namun masih saja begitu
ANEH sekali.
Sharing saja, semoga ada Binusian yang kerja di CIMB Niaga bisa membantu hal
kecil ini.
