Sudah ke folder 'Message', kemudian tekan 'U' untuk lihat unread message. Kalau masih juga ngga ketemu, berarti harus wipe handheld. Kemungkinan kena HPE (hantu pemakan email). Boleh tahu, handheldnya type apa?
