Hi all, I am one of the upstream developers of BridgeDbR and like to see newer version of the package included in Bioconductor. After the pull request I created was closed [0], I realized that was not the right approach. But I also do not have SVN write access, and therefore can not push it like that either.
Can you please tell me what the correct method is to get the new source code included in Bioconductor?
