Hi all,

Since Bioconductor has moved to git, packages don't have the coverage
badge. This was supposed to have been corrected some weeks ago (
https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioc-devel/2017-October/012142.html).
However it wasn't

It seems that badge relied on Github mirror to calculate the coverage using
codecov (As explained here:
https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioc-devel/2017-March/010643.html). As the
Github mirror is no longer updated, this process is now unfeasable.

One option would be to calculate the coverage of the packages in the daily
builds using covr and provide that information as part of the build checks.

Will be possible to have the coverage badge back in the current
implementation?

Many thanks,

Lluís

PS: When will be the Bioconductor mirror in Github deleted?
