Dear all,
I am working some data about digital expression profile from Illumina Solexa,
and I need to do some analysis, such as clustering, KEGG pathway annotation and
GO annotation etc. I know that bioconductor has all tools for my job, but I
have no related experience before. Do you have any protocol for analyzing
digital expression profile data using bioconductor, and could you send me a
copy of it?
