you do not say what command you used to install. on R 2.10.0 i used
biocLite("Rolexa") on a linux system and it installed fine. The warning
messages seem irrelevant to your problem, but unless you have write access
to /usr/lib/R/library you might have some issues. the package installer
will generally create a writeable folder for installation. It may be the
case that there is no Rolexa distributed for R 2.9.0 -- i don't know, check
the site for packages suitable for 2.9.0 -- that version of R is rather out
of date now.
