Greetings
I have successfully installed Genominator and GenomeGraphs having
first made sure my R was up-to-date and read the documentation. I was
expecting to find methods for normalization and testing differential
expression per the discussion in Bullard et al., www.bepress.com/ucbbiostat/paper247
. Are they in there and I have missed them? Is there another package
forthcoming? What's there is very useful, thanks for making it
available.
