Hi, sumeeti there is lots of ideas to wok on the HIV related projects, you can make a database to provide the informations related to the HIV Virus, at molecular level, or you can design the drugs molecules through the insilico drug designing technique. there is lots of institute which are providing the training in insilico drug designing, Like ICBio, IBI Biosolutions, Azyme, DRC and many more all of the having different protocol and different software to do that. but only IBI biosolutions having the protocol close to the industrial drug designing, I attended the one month industrial training in INSILICO DRUG DESIGNING from there. on the other hand the have a different unit for the development bioinformatics like database and biological software, they are also in the the IT solutions.
