hi,its like u have background of biotechnology plus IPR,so u can uderstand the technical stuff better like in case of filing a patent or defending it a lawyer might not know what that patent has jst cuz he wont understand the technical terms of patent(but u can cuz u hv biotech bakgrnd).....
