HI FRIENDS!!!!!!!
plz help me out if any one knows a laboratory protocol to isolate the soil
DNA without using any dna isolation and purification kit.I have 2 to 3 methods
right now but the problem is low concentration and full contamination with
humic acid + other organic impurities.
