Hi, Warm wishes to all. I need a help regarding using "Signature search" option in ARB tool ( It includes a sequence editor, several sequence aligners, phylogeny reconstruction tools, probe/primer search ). Am facing problem in signature searching for multiple aligned sequence format using clustalW. After multiple alignment I do not know how to use signature search option in this tool. Can anyone help regarding the above?
