hai, everything is related to drug discovery(lead identification optimization process)..for detailed studies on cominatorial chemistry refer molecular modelling by andrew leach....virtual screening is an insilico approach in screening of lead compounds...high throughput screening is recent cutting edge technology... with someones explaination u cant understand these methodologies...if u find every thing as greek and latin do a back ground study in drug discovery...
