there is a company in pune Called as RASA life science institute.They give industrial training in Bioinformatics and chemoinformatics.They teach Bioperl,Biojava,Biopython,ChemJava.I have done training from there.They have faculties from industry having 4 yrs of experiance in development in Chemoinformatics domain.
