Earlier we briefly discussed arranging a workshop and/or a hackathon in conjunction with ISMB this summer. I've made some inquiries, it's possible that we can get a small amount of funding for this. (Although I still think we're aiming for fame, rather than fortune :-)
As there are now a few subscribers to this list, I'm curious who'd be interested in attending, and if you're interested, what topics should be covered, what possible contributions you could offer - or any other suggestions.
