Hello! I'm (finally) in the process of separating my big private library into smaller chunks and releasing it. This is biostockholm, everything you need for Stockholm files. It's ready to be uploaded for Hackage and will be uploaded in a few days, I'd just like to wait for biocore-0.2 to be released on Hackage.
