Using conduit is just great!  For me it's at least one order of
magnitude easier to use than enumerators/iteratees.  I'd never think
about reimplementing biostockholm with enumerators, actually, but I'm
now considering reimplemeting all of my libraries with conduit.

Disclaimer: I've actually helped Michael while he was creating the
conduit library, so I'm somewhat biased. =)
