Maybe you could show an example of file contents, and just say that it contains atom coordinates (IIRC, that is what it contains, no? :-) I'm missing some special characters, I think - on the scale there should be a ^{-10} between 10 and m. Also, for times, shouldn't it be less than 0.01s, rather than greater than or equal? And perhaps also for the entire parsing time on the preivous slide, less than fifteen minutes? And biohaskell as such isn't BSD licensed, I've generally used LGPL for libraries and GPL for programs. Better say "open source" or "free", or make it clear that you refer to hPDB specifically.
