(Or rather, by the unpopularity of the previous configuration) I've moved the list to a mailman interface. I did approach the haskell.org people to ask if we could host this list there, but didn't get any reply, so I finally got my act together and configured mailman.
Anyway - if you get this email, I infer that the system works.
