I've moved the list to a mailman interface.  I did approach the
haskell.org people to ask if we could host this list there, but didn't
get any reply, so I finally got my act together and configured mailman.

Anyway - if you get this email, I infer that the system works.  You
should be able to use the mailman interface to manage your subscription,
and perhaps more importantly, email by non-members will be held for
approval before being distributed (or more likely, discarded).
