I'll just add that I don't get this at all.  Perhaps there was an
upgrade of Darcs to something incompatible?  Currently nothing works,
and I tried moving wikidata out of the way, but then I get some funky
resource exists error from Happstack.  So I'm totally confused.

Good if the data can be put elsewhere - I can put in a forward to the
new place for now.
