A new version of the Dazzle server framework is now available for download. Improvements include: - Support for gziping the DAS XML messages in transit. - Messages have correct DOCTYPE lines - Now serves the DAS external DTD subsets. - Support for VirtualDAS. The definitive source of information about setting all this up is the Dazzle deployment guide: http://www.biojava.org/dazzle/deploy.html Code can be downloaded from: http://biojava.org/download/dazzle/ There are three options: - A `skeleton' webapp, as described in the deployment guide. - Source code tarball. - Download your own from CVS ;-). I'm still working on the user interface for the VirtualDAS data upload mechanism. There'll be a separate release in the next few days. In the mean time, the code is in CVS. Have fun!
