Dear All, I read in the Tutorial @Biojava http://www.biojava.org/tutorials/blastlikeParsingCookBook/index.html NB You will find the complete source code for all the classes described here the demos section of biojava, in the eventbasedparsing package. But I cannot locate the package eventbasedparsing in the demos section of java, any comments are appreciated
