Hello, I am a Computer Science grad student at Princeton. I am working with a Mol Bio students as well. We are seeking a project to do for a Computational Biology course. If you supply ideas, we would be happy to contribute the work. The scope could very, but there should be an initial phase that could be completed rather quickly, say 3 weeks of part time work. Also, it should be computational in nature, not just a straightforward scripting problem.
