I know that 3,4 and 5 work with win95 and win98SE. These versions are built on Java so should run with anything with a virtual engine? There may be issues with the executable that launces the program which is designed for individual systems. The best people to contact are borland.
We are looking at moving to windowsXP so hopefully it will support it. Note that JBuilder installs its own JDK so the fact that newer versions of windows don't have a JDK shouldn't matter (I hope). Might have to switch to the less hostile Linux or Solaris :) (sorry bill!).
