Hi All, In Biojava when When i create a IndexedSequenceDB, index will be created against ID i.e. ">B0001.SEQ=m52(190>255);" (in the case given below) >B0001.SEQ=m52(190>255); thrL atgaaacgcattagcaccaccattaccaccaccatcaccattaccacaggtaacggtgcgggctga But, I want that index should be create by some other field, say 'thrl' in this case. what has to be done for the same, can anybody suggest ?
