Hi all, I've just put together a maintainance release 1.11 of biojava which fixes the bug reported by Josselin. If you are using the 1.10 release, then please upgrade. If you have been working from CVS, or one of the newer trunk builds, then please stick with these, as the trunk has leaner, better, faster APIs and is actively developed. We will continue to support the 1.1 branch as required.
