There isn't anything to do this in BioJava currently (unless
I've missed it...). However, it's something which could be
added quite easily, if you've got the relevant tables.
There's already some support for handling tables of residue
properties (see ResidueProperties.xml, in the resources tree,
and the class org.biojava.bio.proteomics.MassCalc).
