Thomas, When I ping it the name is resolved to 199.93.107.84 but I get 'request timed out' so does that mean our DNS entry is correct but does not get through our firewall ?

However, the hardware has been upgraded recently, and I think the IP address changed. This may not have propogated everywhere yet.
