Has all the details of the draft release. One route would be
XML -> StAX (org.biojava.utils.stax)
-> SequenceBuilder (org.biojava.bio.seq.io)
I imagine that the org.biojava.bibliography and
org.biojava.utils.candy packages will come in handy for the Swissprot
references and controlled vocabularies too.
