Thanks for the info, Keith.  I am going to assume that there is a larger
problem with cvs servers now, since I can't get any of the open-bio
projects.  At least I found some error handling bugs in my cvs update
script...

Any cvs command now get me

cvs update: authorization failed: server cvs.open-bio.org rejected access to
/home/repository/bioperl for user cvs

I went to look for the offending lock file last week and found it had
already been deleted. I'm having big trouble connecting to biojava.org
right now, so I can't check again.

The ant file is correct and the tests-1.4 directory is in the
repository. All the permissions look right to me. Sorry, I can't tell
what is wrong :( Maybe someone else who knows more about cvs can help?
