Hi, Thanks for the info, Keith. I am going to assume that there is a larger problem with cvs servers now, since I can't get any of the open-bio projects. At least I found some error handling bugs in my cvs update script...
Any cvs command now get me cvs update: authorization failed: server cvs.open-bio.org rejected access to /home/repository/bioperl for user cvs -mat -----Original Message----- From: Keith James [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday, July 08, 2002 10:32 AM To: Wiepert, Mathieu Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Biojava-l] Having problems downloading CVS source >>>>> "Mathieu" == Wiepert, Mathieu <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: Mathieu> Hi, I am still seeing this. I'm having big trouble connecting to biojava.org right now, so I can't check again. The ant file is correct and the tests-1.4 directory is in the repository. All the permissions look right to me. Sorry, I can't tell what is wrong :( Maybe someone else who knows more about cvs can help?
