Hi - Does anyone know of any reason why NameTokenization cannot be serialized? Possibly it just needs to be marked as Serializable (or maybe as transient in Alphabet). I'm not at my normal computer right know but I'll have a look at the source when I get home and make the needed changes to the BioJava live branch.
