Hi!
I was trying the example at biojava-1.10\demos\dp\ViterbiAlign.java.
It requires 2 files (eg: model.cml & sequence.fa). Do you know where I can get
these 2 sample files? is it the one called "fakepromoter.xml" and "fake.fa"? if yes,
there is an error saying :
java.net.MalformedURLException: unknown protocol: c
at java.net.URL.<init>(URL.java:586)
at java.net.URL.<init>(URL.java:476)
at BiologicalSequence.ViterbiAlign.main(ViterbiAlign.java:84)
Process exited with exit code 0.
