On the positive side it is one more validation of the current version : )

Hi Guys,
Its OK you can offically ignore me now. I just rebuilt my
BioJavaX.jar file from the latest CVS this morning and it is all working
fine. No idea what the difference was.. but well.. I guess it really
doesn't matter. Thanks for bearing with me while I work through my
(apparently non existant) issues.
