[Biojava-l] RNA I/O

Hi,

I have a question regarding I/O of RNA.

RichSequence.IOTools.readStream(bufferedStream, ns);

fails for the fasta file:

>sequence1
CCCUCGGCUUC
Could it be that RNA is not supported in the RichSequence.IOTools, or am I doing something wrong here?
