Hello, 

I have problem when trying to install BIRD 2.0.6 from ppa:cz.nic-labs/bird 
(ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS (Bionic Beaver)): 

I received following error: bird2 : PreDepends: init-system-helpers (>= 1.56~) 
but 1.51 is to be installed
