Fresh Install Bird 2.14

Hello,

Is there any step by step tutorial how to downgrade from Bird 2.15 to Bird 2.14?

or maybe fresh install Bird 2.14?

I have tried these 3 command, and failed.

$ ./configure
$ make
# make install
