A pair of Harlequin Ducks (male and female, basic alternate) are still frequenting the St. Clair River about five km south of Sarnia on the St. Clair Parkway across from Sunoco Oil. I spotted them floating downriver about 2 pm today and also saw them yesterday afternoon in the same area. The St. Clair Parkway runs parallel and west of Hwy 40 south from Sarnia to Walaceburg. Sunoco Refinery is the first access to the river south of Sarnia.
