While coming around the ramp from 401 eastbound to Hwy. 115/35, just at the Hwy. 2 overpass, I had a black vulture pass over the road at about 25 feet elevation. There was a pair flying together, but I only had a chance to clearly view one bird. Sighting at 1:45 p.m.
