For anyone starved for Cliff-swallows East
of the GTA - a new, active colony of these
handsome birds inhabits the undergirders of
the 407 overpass on Reesor Road South. This
road lies two stoplights East of Markham's
9th Line on Hwy 7 - then south - there are
5 nests, easily found.
An alternative route is to find Reesor
Road [the Toronto Zoo road] on Steeles Ave
East of Hwy 48 then proceed North to the
407 overpass.
