Hello Ontbirders
Shorebird watching continues to improve along the Ottawa River.
This morning September 17th, I birded the Shirleys Bay area and observed
over 100 shorebirds feeding. Highlights included 1 Hudsonian Godwit, I
Red Knot and 5 Stilt Sandpiper. There was an adult Caspian Tern resting
in a flock of Ring-billed Gulls too.
                                                            good birding
