Ontbirds,
In Windsor, around the Blue Heron Pond I found a Sora (actually, five). Also
around the pond: Pied-billed Grebe, Sharp-shinned Hawk, and an American
Kestrel. This was at 9:30am.
Blue Heron Pond is located in East Windsor. Take Tecumseh Rd. E. to Banwell
Rd. Head North towards the Detroit River. Turn right on Little River Road.
Park anywhere. Go across the bridge. Turn right. The Soras were along
the edge of the pond.
