Subject: Woodstock Am.Crow fly-by

Hello All
Place: Woodstock Meadows Golf Course [Woodstock Ontario]
Location: twelfth fairway adjacent to a corn field
Time: November 4TH.11:00 am.
Weather: cool with heavy fog
I and two non birding partners witness 2500to 3000 low flying crows in
15 minutes. My friends were in awe but not impress enough to stop
playing golf and count crows there were about 25 Canada geese huddle
together who seem very intimidated by the shear number and noise of the
crows as we walked away from the twelfth fairway the fly-by continued by
the hundreds as far as I could tell standing in the middle of a fairway
in heavy dense fog the birds were flying in a north westerly direction.
