One only Northern Shrike has been "hanging" in my yard all week. Just saw him now at 5.30 pm. Jan 9, 2004 temp. -30 or something cold. The only other birds are cardinals at the feeder and sparrows. Should I give him suet? I do have running water at my watering spot, but the creek is now frozen. Advise.
