This morning at the feeders at the Visitor Centre at Pinery Provincial park, a HOARY REDPOLL was seen by myself, Nancy Smith and Joan Burns of St Catharines. Also seen by Shay Redmond (sorry for the mis-spelling) of London. This HOARY was in the company of about 20 COMMON REDPOLLS early in the morning and then by itself towards noon. There was also about 3 - 5 PINE SISKINS with many Goldfinches. The feeders were being checked closely by an immature Coopers hawk early in the morning.

Pinery Provincial park is on Highway 21 about 6 miles south of Grand Bend.
