The Rock Wren reported earlier by Stan Phippen was still at the Eco-Resource 
Centre in Elk Lake at 4:00PM Thursday. Pictures have been forwarded to the OFO 
by Barry Kinch. The bird has been present for at least 3 days. 
Elk Lake is 65 KM west of New Liskeard which is about 180 KM north of North Bay 
on Hwy #11.

This is the 3rd known record of Rock Wren in northern Ontario:

#1) Ear Falls in Kenora District (October 1972)

#2) Red Rock in Thunder Bay District (inside the courtyard of the High
School in October, year not known)

Barry Crinch's two photos of the Elk Lake Rock Wren, which was found by Stan
Phippen,  have been added to the OFO site

There are also several other new photos including: a Cerulean Warbler, a
White-eyed Vireo and a Hooded Warbler.
