Hello Ontbirders
This evening (May 28) at about 9:30 I heard COMMON NIGHTHAWKS calling over
the field to the west of Hall's Road. (species 199 in my Mayrathon for the
Meadow at Thickson's Woods).
Also last evening (May 27) at about 7:30 I had a fleeting glimpse of a
LEAST BITTERN in the marsh, just south of the south platform.
Directions:
Cranberry Marsh is located on the east side of Hall's Road, which runs
south off of Victoria Street, between Brock Street and Lakeridge Road. Exit
the 401 eastbound at Salem, go south to Bailey/Victoria then east to Hall's
Road. Exit the 401 westbound at Brock Street, go south to Victoria and west
to Hall's Road.
Good Birding
