Hi Folks Sorry for the belated report. I was extremely surprised to hear, see and then photograph a male PRAIRIE WARBLER in our yard here at the guest house in Wheatley, Ontario (21298 Harbour Road)on the afternoon of July 16th, 2004. This was my 197th species for the yard here and the 31st warbler. Most surprising was the date, and the fact that the bird was singing! I managed to get a few photos of the bird.
