Observation end   time: 13:00:00
Total observation time: 6 hours

Official Counter: Su Ross-Redmond

Observers:

Visitors:

Weather:
Cery light NW winds that switched to W by noon. Temp cooler to only 19.
Cloud cover heavier at times.

TUV=5 (Very Good)

Observations:
Even though the TUV was very good today (i.e. thermals were good for
soaring over the whole region)...the NW winds were just too kight I think
to push a lot of birds down to the Lake Erie shoreline. Total of 150 birds
today...nothing unusual. :)

Predictions:
Forecast is for SE winds possibly switching to S...worst winds possible for
any kind of decent flight. Might just get a few Peregrines at the Cliff
riding the updraft created by such southerly winds. WE NEED A GOOD STRONG
SW WIND...AFTER ALL IT'S PEREGRINE TIME!! Keep your fingers crossed.
